Rottrova, Marie (* 13.11.1941 Ostrava)

one of the most famous Czech woman pop singers ever. Beginnings in the early 60's in several amateur rock'n'roll bands in Ostrava. Since 1968 singing soul with Flamingo. Then a long successful career as a pop star, working with many famous pop artists (J. Wykrent, J. Nohavica, J.Fikejzova, P.Kopta;  K.Gott, P.Bobek & others). In the late 80's married and moving to Germany. Coming back to Czech Republic in the 90's; new contacts in the musical world (former Nerez members Vrestal and Sazavsky), new concerts and recordings.
